We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused ERP / Software Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming ERP/software leads and handling the complete sales cycle from understanding customer requirements and conducting software demonstrations to preparing proposals, negotiating commercials, following up with prospects and closing orders.

The role is particularly suited to someone who is interested in understanding how businesses and manufacturing organizations operate and can connect customer problems with practical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming ERP and software sales leads.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and existing opportunities.
- Communicate with customers to understand their business and operational requirements.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate ERP/software solutions.
- Conduct online and in-person software demonstrations.
- Explain software features, workflows, integrations and customized solutions.




- Prepare quotations and coordinate commercial proposals.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the software/technical team regarding customized requirements.
- Communicate with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and work towards closing orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and regularly update opportunity status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in ERP, software, SaaS or IT sales is preferred.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable conducting software demonstrations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements rather than simply pitch a standard product.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commercial awareness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, decision-makers and operational teams.
