We are looking for an AI Engineer who can turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready products.

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer at TensorScore, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic architectures. You will work on real-world business problems, build scalable AI backends, and help take AI products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

- Design and build production-ready LLM-powered applications and AI products.
- Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document processing, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and context optimization.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar technologies.
- Develop scalable Python backend services and APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
- Integrate LLM providers, open-source models, vector databases, and external tools.
- Evaluate and optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
- Implement effective prompting, structured outputs, tool calling, and model evaluation workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

Qualifications:




- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or building AI-powered applications.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Practical experience building LLM applications and RAG-based systems.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval, and reranking.
- Experience developing backend APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and vector databases.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, external tools, and data sources.
- Understanding of testing, deployment, observability, and production system design.

Good to Have:
- Experience with agentic AI, tool calling, MCP, or multi-agent systems.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, or open-source models.
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience optimizing inference performance, token usage, and AI application costs.
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI products or systems at scale.
