Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Chandigarh, India.

The Software

Engineer will design, build, and maintain backend services that power autonomous AI agents, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities include developing clean, well-tested code, implementing APIs and data pipelines, integrating AI models into production systems, and optimizing existing services for speed and robustness. The role also involves collaborating with product and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions,



participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js).
- Hands-on skills in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining RESTful or GraphQL APIs and working with databases.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns, and writing modular, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Comfort with version control (Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and testing frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from design to deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
