Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB .
- Build clean, reusable, and optimized code with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Integrate and maintain WhatsApp Business API solutions, including messaging workflows, automation, and third-party API integrations.
- Implement and manage Instagram DM automation workflows for creator and brand communication use cases.
- Work with Gupshup APIs for messaging automation, chatbot integration, and communication workflows.
- Configure and manage applications through Meta App / Facebook Developers Console , including permissions, webhooks, tokens, and app integrations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Write efficient algorithms and optimize application performance using strong DSA fundamentals .
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application reliability.




- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and version control workflows.
- Contribute to AI-powered features or products by leveraging modern AI frameworks where applicable.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Must-Have Skills
- Robust proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience building REST APIs and full-stack web applications
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with the WhatsApp Business API
- Working knowledge of Instagram DM automation
- Experience with Gupshup APIs and messaging platforms
- Familiarity with Meta App / Facebook Developers Console , including app setup, webhook configuration, and API permissions
- Understanding of Git and team-oriented development workflows
- Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-driven projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines

Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- BCA + MCA candidates are also eligible
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
