About Flable AI

D2C founders run their business across Meta, Google, Shopify, Amazon, and a dozen spreadsheets, and still can’t say which rupee of ad spend actually made a profit. Flable AI fixes that.

We’re building Orion, an AI marketing agent that connects a brand’s ad, commerce, and marketplace data into one profit-first view. Orion finds wasted spend, explains what’s driving (or killing) margins, and recommends what to do next, and increasingly does it for them. Our AI “CMO” gives founders in minutes what used to take an analyst a week.

We’re a small, fast-moving team in Bengaluru working with real D2C brands. What you build ships to customers within weeks, not quarters.

What you’ll work on

- Build and maintain the data ingestion layer that pulls data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Amazon, and other platform APIs, handling auth, rate limits, retries, and messy data
- Write backend services and REST APIs that power Flable dashboards, insights, and AI agents
- Work on data pipelines that turn raw ad and order data into clean, reliable metrics (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, attribution)
- Work with the AI/data team to plug model outputs and recommendations into production
- Debug production issues, improve performance,



and make systems more reliable as we onboard more brands
- Write clean, tested code and take part in code reviews

What we’re looking for

- 1+ year of hands-on backend development experience (internships with real production work count)
- Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Python
- Experience building REST APIs and working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Comfort with Git and collaborative development
- Basic exposure to a cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ownership mindset: you figure things out, ship, and fix what breaks
- B.E./B.Tech in CS or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Good to have

- Experience with third-party API integrations (especially Meta/Google Ads, Shopify, Amazon SP-API)
- Exposure to message queues, background jobs, or ETL pipelines
- Interest in AI/LLM-powered products
- Understanding of D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing
- Prior startup experience
