Mandatory Skills & Certifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications – Both Mandatory.
- Solid expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development, implementation, and platform administration.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow APIs, and IntegrationHub.

Preferred Skills:

- Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
- Workplace Reservation Management, Visitor Management, Space Management, and Workplace Case Management.
- Service Portal, UI Builder, and Employee Center.
- Exposure to CSM, HRSD,



or ITOM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and WSD solutions.
- Customize workflows, scripts, business rules, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

Strict Hiring Criteria: ✔ Both CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
