About the Role

We manage social media for major international tournament leagues and, at times, individual teams in cricket, golf and other sports, along with a few clients outside sports. We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support our Social Media Manager, who leads this function. You will be part of a creative team of social media managers, two graphic designers and an editor, helping keep content planned, produced and published on time across our client accounts.

This role is purely social media. You will not be managing or representing any athletes or players. You will work with our league and team clients on their content and communication.

This is an AI-first role. Most of our content, and at times even our graphics, is created using AI tools. If you are not into AI, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the lead Social Media Manager with content calendars, post planning and day-to-day execution across league and team accounts.
- Use AI tools every day to create captions, copy, post ideas, scripts and, at times, graphics and visuals for sports and brand content.
- Write strong prompts, then review, edit and refine AI output so it is accurate, on-brand and ready to publish.
- Work with the two graphic designers and the editor to brief creatives, follow up on drafts and get approved content out on schedule.
- Coordinate with the other social media managers so campaigns and timelines stay aligned across clients.
- Communicate with clients on content plans, approvals and feedback, together with the lead Social Media Manager.
- Schedule and publish posts, and cover live matches,



tournament days and key moments in real time.
- Engage with audiences, reply to comments and messages, and track trends and conversations in sports.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare straightforward reports with suggestions for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

- Real interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation (text, image and video generation, prompting, workflows). This is essential for the role.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (strong freshers with a good portfolio may also apply).
- Strong English writing skills and an eye for engaging, on-brand content.
- Clear, confident communication, as you will be in touch with clients.
- Genuine interest in and knowledge of cricket, golf and the international sports scene.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, and of scheduling tools such as Metricool.
- Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools, and the ability to give clear briefs to designers and editors.
- Positive organisation and time management, and comfort working to deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- A team player who takes direction well.
- Ability to work in person from our Aditya World City office, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Notice period of 15 days or less. Candidates with a longer notice period are not a good fit for this role.

Nice to Have

- Experience with league, tournament or team social media content.
- Basic short-form video skills (Reels, Shorts), including AI-assisted video.
- Experience with social media analytics.
