We re looking for a Social Media Specialist who dreams in content calendars, gets a small thrill from a rising engagement graph, and knows the difference between a post people scroll past and one they screenshot. You ll own everything Outbox Labs says online: creating it, scheduling it, and chatting with the people who love it. If you enjoy digging into metrics and turning brand buzz into real momentum, let s talk.

Responsibilities

- Strategy: Plan and run social strategies that grow Outbox Labs awareness, engagement and followers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Big ideas, backed by a spreadsheet.
- Content and scheduling: Curate, plan and schedule content made for [our target audience, e.g. founders and SaaS buyers], so our feed stays consistent, timely and worth following.




- Community: Reply to comments, messages and mentions like a real human. A strong community is built one good conversation at a time.
- Performance: Read the numbers, find the story in them, and use it to sharpen what we do next.
- Campaigns and trends: Keep brand campaigns running smoothly and your eyes on the trend radar, so we jump on good ideas before everyone else does.
