Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Shilp Group’s online presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, helping design visual content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments or queries, and coordinating with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals. The intern will also help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research,



and suggest ideas to improve audience reach and engagement.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube).
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, such as basic understanding of campaigns, branding, and audience targeting.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic knowledge of content design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), along with creativity and attention to detail, is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment.
