1. Social Media Intern / Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media posting and scheduling across platforms.
- Create engaging posts and stories using Canva.
- Assist with content calendars and social media planning.
- Research trends, competitors, and audience interests.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement and account growth.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Canva skills and an understanding of social media posting.
- Creative thinking and an interest in content strategy.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

2. Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, music, and engaging visual elements.
- Develop creative editing styles that improve audience retention.
- Suggest engaging hooks and fresh content ideas.




- Deliver quality edits with positive speed and within deadlines.
- Find smart, efficient solutions to editing challenges.

Requirements

- Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Good editing speed and creative problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- The ability to suggest multiple creative ideas for different types of content.
- A strong learning mindset and willingness to experiment with new techniques.

? Salary & Growth
- Starting salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.
- Growth potential: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills, performance, creativity, and quality of work.

Salary will be determined according to the candidate’s skills and performance.
