Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support ARK INFOTECH’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.

Responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, designing posts and short-form copy, monitoring engagement, responding to basic inquiries, and reporting on key performance metrics.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to help execute digital campaigns that showcase IT, CCTV, drone, and device services, and contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and audience growth. This is an internship role and is fully remote, requiring regular online communication, timely task delivery, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to support campaign planning and execution.
- Solid Social Media Content Creation skills for posts, stories, short videos, and basic visual assets.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge to understand target audiences, branding, and positioning.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional online conduct.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
- Proficiency with simple design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editors) is an advantage.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and attention to detail.
