About us

Design Asylum is a branding, packaging and UI/UX studio based in Pune. We've spent 10+ years building brands and products for names like Puma, Kia and Axis Bank, with clients across India, the US and the Middle East. We also run social media for a mix of brands that couldn't be more different.

Each one needs its own ideas, its own voice and its own reason for people to follow it. You'll be part of the team that makes it happen.

What you'll do

- Spot trends, formats and audio early, and pitch how our brands can use them before they're old news
- Help build monthly content calendars of carousels, statics, reels and stories, and keep them on schedule
- Come up with post and reel ideas, and gather references for our designers and script writers
- Find creators and influencers who fit a brand, reach out to them and stay in touch until the collab goes live
- Track reach, saves, shares, watch time and follower growth every week, and flag what's working and what isn't
- Help put together monthly client reports




- Keep an eye on competitor pages and bring the best ideas to the team
- Work on shoots as required, with the team
- Coordinate with team members to make sure timelines are met for projects

What we're looking for

- You know how Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts work.
- You have an eye for trends and can explain why something went viral.
- You speak and write well enough to pitch an idea to a creator without a script.
- You learn quick. Learn something once and you're already trying it on your own.
- You're organised. Calendars, deadlines, comments and DMs don't slip on your watch.
- You think creatively and would rather pitch a weird idea than repeat a safe one.
- Strong written English. Hindi or Hinglish is a bonus when a brand calls for it.

Nice-to-have

- You run your own page, even a small one, and you post on it regularly and study it.
- You've worked with creators or influencers before, even for a college fest or club.
- You can make a quick edit in editing apps/websites or a basic design in Canva.
- You've done a marketing project, internship or freelance gig.
