ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who wants to work across social media, content, marketing, community building, events, partnerships, and growth.

You will work closely with the founding team to build a mental health and wellness brand, create meaningful conversations around mental health, develop a community of mental health professionals, and execute initiatives that contribute to business growth.

This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, ownership, strong communication, and the ability to turn ideas into action.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media and Content

- Manage the company's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and create content, including reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Create engaging content around mental health, psychology, wellness, relationships, lifestyle, and personal growth.
- Research trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Participate in videos, reels, podcasts, interviews, and other brand content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Marketing and Growth

- Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives.
- Plan and execute campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, community participation, and user acquisition.
- Explore new marketing channels, partnerships, and opportunities for brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
- Work with the founding team on brand positioning and marketing strategy.

Community Building and Professional Outreach

- Build relationships with psychologists, counsellors, therapists, coaches,



and other mental health professionals.
- Identify relevant professionals and initiate conversations through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Understand skilled needs and communicate the value of the company's platform.
- Support the onboarding of professionals onto the platform.
- Help professionals create and maintain their profiles and digital presence.

Events and Experiences

- Plan and execute workshops, webinars, wellness events, podcasts, college events, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate with speakers, psychologists, trainers, partners, venues, and vendors.
- Manage event promotion, registrations, communication, execution, and post-event engagement.
- Identify relevant events and opportunities to represent the company.

Outreach and Execution

- Reach out to potential partners, creators, colleges, communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Convert ideas into actionable campaigns and execute them independently.
- Take ownership of projects from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with the founding team across marketing, partnerships, community, and product growth.

REQUIREMENTS

- 0–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, content creation, community building, or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating on-camera content.
- Good storytelling, research, and creative skills.
- Comfortable with professional outreach and relationship building.
- Interest in mental health, psychology, wellness, or startups is an advantage.
