6. Planning, executing, and monitoring social media ad campaigns to achieve specific goals such as lead generation, website traffic, or brand exposure.

7. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as content writers, designers,



and marketing managers to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.

8. Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices for a dynamic online presence.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in social media marketing.

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with photo/video editing software is a plus.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
