The consultant will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Daily responsibilities include creating content calendars, coordinating visual and written content, managing social media profiles, and monitoring campaign performance and analytics. The role also involves engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages,



and collaborating with internal teams to align social activities with broader digital marketing goals. The consultant will stay current with social media trends and platform updates, recommending new strategies and best practices to improve results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Advertising skills for strategy development and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Community Management skills to engage audiences and nurture online communities.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools, performance reporting, and data-driven optimization.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create platform-appropriate content.
- Candidates should have solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates with prior experience in IT or software services marketing, and familiarity with paid social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), will be preferred.
