Job DescriptionRole Overview

Full Power Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, creative, and result-driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.

The role focuses on LinkedIn growth, content strategy, lead generation, follow-ups, lead conversion, and maintaining a secure, professional, and spam-free account.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Write, schedule, publish, and optimise LinkedIn posts.
- Research industry trends and create engaging content.
- Grow the company's LinkedIn network through relevant connection requests.
- Generate, monitor, follow up on, and convert quality leads.
- Build professional relationships with founders, brands, and decision-makers.
- Track leads and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes.
- Take ownership of the company's LinkedIn account and daily activities.
- Ensure the account remains secure and complies with LinkedIn guidelines.
- Avoid activities that may cause the account to be flagged, marked as spam, restricted, or suspended.




- Ensure posts and engagement remain organic and do not trigger spam filters.
- Monitor suspicious activity and protect the account from unauthorised access.
- Maintain a qualified, authentic, and spam-free LinkedIn presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong networking and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
