About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, performance analytics, and audience engagement, along with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging trends, viral content, and audience preferences.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, engagement rates, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
- Prepare performance reports and generate data-driven insights to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, and creative teams to optimize social media content and overall platform performance.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, digital trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices.
- Support content publishing and scheduling to ensure consistency across social media platforms.
- Recommend strategies to improve audience engagement, reach,



and overall social media performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, InVideo, VN, or similar applications.
