Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media platforms and strengthen its digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting interior products, managing social media campaigns, generating leads, and building brand awareness across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of interior design, furniture, wall panels, plywood, decorative materials, modular interiors, or related manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Ensure regular posting of product updates, project highlights, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Marketing
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives related to interior products and solutions.
- Showcase products, manufacturing processes, completed projects, and customer installations.
- Write creative captions, product descriptions, and relevant hashtags.

3. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate qualified business leads.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, wherever required.
- Promote products such as wall panels, decorative materials, furniture, and other interior solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads received through digital platforms.

4. Brand Building & Engagement
- Improve brand awareness, audience engagement, followers,



and online visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new social media strategies.
- Develop content that attracts architects, interior designers, dealers, builders, contractors, and end customers.

5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance, reach, impressions, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse campaign results and implement improvements to achieve marketing objectives.
- Track return on advertising spend and cost per lead for paid campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, social media analytics, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, creativity, planning, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of interior design, furniture, wall panels, plywood, decorative materials, or manufacturing products will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in social media followers and brand reach.
- Engagement rate and content performance.
- Number and quality of leads generated through social media.
- Cost per lead and paid campaign performance.
- Consistency and timely execution of the content calendar.
- Quality of content and improvement in brand visibility.

Preferred Candidate Profile The candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of converting social media engagement into business opportunities. Experience in an interior manufacturing company, furniture brand, architectural products, or building materials industry will be preferred.
