Role Description

As a Junior Social Media Manager at Prinzal, you will support the planning and execution of daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves collaborating with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency, gathering performance data, and contributing to reports and insights.

You will also help research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content ideas and campaigns.



This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications

- Ability to create, post, and manage social media content across multiple platforms, with a strong sense of brand voice and visual consistency.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics, including tracking engagement, reach, and follower growth to inform content decisions.
- Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Interest in digital marketing, branding, and online community building, with a willingness to learn social media tools and best practices.
- Organizational skills to manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and receive feedback constructively.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, basic editing apps) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
