Hype Marketer is a Mumbai-based web and digital marketing agency. We build for clients across salons, banquets, fashion, real estate, F&B;, and D2C product brands. We don't do post 12 times a month and pray - we ship work that moves numbers.

About this role

We need someone who scrolls Instagram and instinctively knows why a Reel popped - the hook, the cut, the sound, the caption. Someone who has already been inside the trenches of UGC, product content, and real estate social, and can walk in on Day 1 with a point of view. If you need a brief to think, this is not for you. If you see a brand's grid and already have 5 things you'd change - keep reading.

What You'll Own

- The account itself. You are the owner. If a client's numbers slip, we come to you. Not the editor, not the designer. You.
- Shoot days. On-ground at the shoot location alongside our videographer - directing shots, calling angles, keeping the shoot aligned with the content calendar. You are not watching from a chair, you are in it.
- Strategy - building it AND running it. Monthly content strategy per client, tied to actual business outcomes (leads, bookings, footfall, sales). Then executing it week by week without needing a reminder.
- Posting discipline. Every post goes live on time, on the right platform, with the right caption, hashtags, and tags. No I forgot - that is a dealbreaker.
- Engagement growth. Reach, saves, shares, follower quality, DMs - you move the numbers and show the proof.
- Community management. Replying to comments and DMs across Instagram and Facebook. Posting in relevant groups, forums, and community pages where our clients should show up.
- Monthly reports. Clean, visual, honest. What worked, what didn't, what we are changing next month. Clients should read it and nod - not get confused.

You Must Have

- 2+ years running social for a brand, agency, or creator - in-house counts if the portfolio is strong
- Hands-on experience in at least two of: UGC, product/D2C, real estate, salon/fashion,



F&B;
- Agency experience is a strong plus - you understand multi-client juggling and client calls
- Accounts where you were the reason the numbers moved. Screenshots, before/afters, specific Reels you scripted - proof, not adjectives.
- Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, basic Meta Ads reporting, CapCut, Canva - and you can brief an editor properly
- Comfortable on shoot sets - you know what makes a good shot vs. a wasted one
- You write in English and Hindi/Marathi cleanly for captions

What Will Make Us Say Yes Immediately:
- You've managed a product brand and a service brand simultaneously
- You can point to a Reel you made that crossed 100k+ reach organically and explain why it worked
- You've worked with real estate or luxury accounts and understand that tone is different from a salon's
- You've handled high-ticket B2B or service-based clients and know how to make boring sectors look premium

This Role is NOT

- Not a social media coordinator seat where you only schedule posts
- Not a learning internship - you should be teaching us things, not the other way around
- Not for people who hide behind the algorithm changed when numbers drop
- Not for people who need a brief to think - you'll be writing the briefs
- Not for people who ghost shoot days or push posting responsibility onto the editor The Deal:
- Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 32,000/month depending on what you show us
- Office hours: Mon to Sat, 10am to 6pm (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
- Office: Kailash Business Park, Vikhroli West, Mumbai
- Direct access to the founder - no 4 layers of approval
- Real growth path as the agency scales into bigger accounts and bigger budgets
