What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to turn everyday campaigns, collaborations, and company activities into visually appealing content.

You should understand that great social media isn’t always about big productions. Sometimes, a straightforward, minimal, well-designed post can make the biggest impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our company’s social media presence, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and professional brand identity.
- Creative Editing: Edit reels, short-form videos, campaign highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and creator collaboration content.
- Graphic Design: Create aesthetic posts, carousels, story creatives, campaign announcements, thumbnails, and other small but impactful visual assets.
- Campaign Showcasing: Turn our influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, creator partnerships, and talent activities into engaging social media content.
- Visual Branding: Maintain a clean, modern, minimal, and visually consistent feed that reflects the personality of our company.
- Content Planning: Develop a monthly content calendar with creative ideas, posting schedules, and relevant social media trends.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with trending reels, audio, formats, editing styles,



and creative concepts that can help our brand stand out.
- Brand & Creator Outreach Through Content: Create content that makes brands interested in collaborating with us and helps creators understand our work and capabilities.
- Copywriting & Captions: Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy that communicate our work effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, reach, views, and audience growth, and use these insights to improve our content strategy.

Skills Required
- Good video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, carousels, stories, and current social media trends.
- Ability to turn raw content and campaign information into polished, engaging creatives.
- Creativity, attention to detail, consistency, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous edits, designs, or social media work.
