Job Title: Social Media Manager – Client Servicing & Lead Generation

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage client communication, coordinate with our internal team, deliver work on time, and run effective lead generation campaigns. You should be comfortable taking ownership of client accounts—from content planning to campaign execution and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their goals, and communicate updates clearly.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and advertising teams to complete deliverables on schedule.

Create monthly content calendars with fresh ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

Manage content approvals, client feedback, revisions, scheduling, and publishing.

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise client lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.

Track campaign budgets, cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions; recommend improvements based on results.

Coordinate with clients’ sales teams to collect lead feedback and improve campaign performance.

Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly reports covering social media performance,



campaign results, and next steps.

Lead client review meetings, document action points, and follow through on commitments.

Research audience behaviour, competitors, and emerging content trends to propose new growth strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid lead generation.

Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.

Strong client communication, team coordination, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Positive understanding of content strategy, copywriting, creative briefs, and campaign reporting.

Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets for trackers, reports, and content calendars.

Agency experience is preferred.
