Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and managing daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create content calendars and coordinate with the design and video teams for timely content execution.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Schedule and publish posts while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, escalating queries when required.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content ideas to improve social media performance.




- Track key social media metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Sheets.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
- Support the marketing team with content coordination, campaign execution, and other day-to-day marketing activities.

What Were Looking For

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related discipline.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong written English with positive copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with new content ideas.
