Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign management.

The Social Media

Manager will create and edit social media content, coordinate with designers and writers, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and monitor community interactions such as comments and messages. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with clients, and engaging with online communities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools, basic design understanding, and knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field; a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
