Job Title: Social Media Management Intern

Location: Aliganj, Lucknow (Onsite)

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday

Off Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Join our team and get hands-on experience working with Dr. Mukul Agrawal, a recognised name in the finance and stock market education space, with an overall social media audience of 3.5 million followers.

This internship offers an chance to learn how a large creator-led brand manages content, grows its audience, builds its digital presence, and executes influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan engaging posts, reels, captions, stories, and content calendars.
- Research trending topics, viral content, and audience interests.
- Monitor engagement, track performance, and assist in social media growth.
- Coordinate with design, video editing, and content teams.
- Assist with influencer marketing, brand promotions, sponsorships, and brand deals.
- Research creators and brands, conduct outreach, and coordinate collaborations.





Requirements

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools is preferred.
- Interest in content creation, creator branding, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, brand deals, or sponsorships is an added advantage.
- Basic video editing and analytics knowledge is a plus.
