Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels/TikToks) and static posts showcasing our sleepwear collections.

- Community Engagement: Interact daily with our audience of parents, respond to DMs/comments, and build brand loyalty.

- Trend Tracking: Keep up with trending audios, visual styles, and parenting topics to keep our brand relevant.

- Campaign Support: Assist in managing influencer gifting, organizing user-generated content (UGC), and supporting product launches.

Requirements & Skills

- Socially Savvy: active on Instagram, valuable communication skills.

- Creative Tools: Basic proficiency in mobile video editing apps (like CapCut, VN, or Canva).

- Brand Voice: Warm, engaging, and parent-friendly written communication skills.

- Mindset: Enthusiastic, self-motivated.
