About the Role The Keen Kulture is looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive with a strong fashion background, a valuable visual eye, and hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Instagram content, including Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Record videos and understand camera angles, framing, composition, and lighting.
- Edit videos and create high-quality, visually appealing content.
- Design creative Instagram posts, carousels, and other graphic content.
- Write engaging captions and plan content calendars and posting schedules.
- Manage Instagram accounts using Meta Business Suite, including scheduling and performance tracking.
- Stay updated with fashion trends, Instagram formats, and social media best practices.
- Work closely with the styling and creative team to develop content ideas aligned with the brand's aesthetic.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers will not be considered.
- A background in fashion is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must.




- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design and editing software.
- Practical knowledge of video recording, camera angles, framing, and lighting.
- Experience with video editing and creating Instagram-ready content.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, content scheduling, and Instagram analytics.
- Strong creativity, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and independent working skills.
