Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that reflect our brand’s premium positioning, attract the right audience, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos showcasing our premium doors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, designs, and completed projects.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate our brand’s design philosophy into compelling visual content that inspires homeowners, architects, interior designers, and potential customers.
- Content Calendar: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, festivals, and marketing objectives.
- Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and consistent brand voice.
- Photography & Videography Coordination: Coordinate product shoots, project walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, and customer testimonials.
- Growth & Engagement: Implement strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, brand awareness, and qualified inquiries.
- Paid Campaigns: Coordinate and manage social media advertising campaigns to support lead generation and business growth, where required.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, prepare monthly reports, and optimize content based on performance.
- Trend Awareness:



Stay updated on interior design trends, social media formats, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content.
- Excellent creative thinking, visual sense, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics, audience targeting, and paid promotions.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in interiors, architecture, furniture, luxury lifestyle, home décor, or related industries will be an advantage.
- A creative mindset with the ability to maintain a consistent, premium brand aesthetic.
