Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Threads, and Pinterest.
- Create and publish posts, reels, carousels, stories, videos, and event updates.
- Develop platform-specific content for students, faculty, institutions, CSR teams, and industry professionals.
- Manage comments, messages, enquiries, and community engagement.
- Collect and create student, trainer, partner, and project success stories.
- Coordinate social media coverage for events, workshops, and other activities.
- Prepare explicit content briefs and coordinate with the Creative Content Producer/Design Team.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging social media formats.




- Analyse social media performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content quality across platforms.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
- Good content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
- Experience with Canva or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in EV, Automotive, Education, Technology, or Skill Development sectors is preferred.
