Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Brand Executive to strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling. The role involves ideating, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content across social media platforms, with a focus on reels, videos, memes, and campaign posts. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design and video tools, have a good eye for photography, and an understanding of analytics to optimize content performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging social media content, including videos, reels, memes, graphics, and interactive posts, to promote brand awareness.
- Use Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro for design and editing; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Create staffing industry-related content, showcasing services, workforce trends, and company initiatives.
- Manage and publish content across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Capture high-quality images and short videos for campaigns; basic photography skills required.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports,



and use insights to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, recruitment, marketing) to align content with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on trending formats, hashtags, and viral content for implementation.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and meets compliance guidelines.

Requirements :

- Proven experience handling social media content creation (reels, posts, video editing).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects preferred.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights to evaluate success.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X best practices.
- Knowledge/interest in staffing & recruitment content will be an added advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
- Ability to craft viral and engaging short-form content.
- Robust copywriting for captions and posts.
- Experience in employer branding/social recruitment campaigns.
- Knowledge of trending audio, formats, and visual storytelling.
