Trakin Tech Marathi focuses on delivering engaging technology content to Marathi-speaking audiences.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Trakin Tech Marathi on Instagram. You will focus on increasing followers, reach, plays, shares, saves, and engagement by creating engaging Marathi content, identifying trends, and using performance insights to guide content strategy. You will work closely with the editing team to plan, execute, and review content while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely publishing.

Responsibilities:

- Will own the growth of Trakin Tech Marathi on Instagram: followers, reach, plays, shares, saves and engagement.
- Strong understanding of what grows an Instagram page: Reels formats, hooks, retention, covers, captions, hashtags, collabs and posting consistency.
- Should actively follow new launches, tech news,



sale deals and trends daily, and turn them into timely Marathi Reels and posts.
- Ability to spot trending audios, formats and memes that work for the Marathi audience, and bring fresh content ideas regularly.
- Plan and run the content calendar, brief editors and review content till final.
- Manage comments, DMs and community on the page.
- Should be able to research and fact-check specs, features, pricing and claims.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Native or fluent Marathi speaker with strong Marathi writing skills; good Hindi and working English.
- Ability to read Instagram Insights and use the data to decide what to post next.
- Genuine passion for technology: smartphones, gadgets, apps, launches and the Indian tech ecosystem.
- Strong short-form scriptwriting skills in Marathi.
- Ability to simplify tech topics into easy-to-understand, engaging content for a mass Marathi audience.
- Should be creative, organised, fast-moving and growth-focused.

Positive-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory):

- Experience handling Facebook and other platforms.
- Experience executing branded campaigns.
- Basic editing (CapCut/Premiere), Canva and AI tools knowledge.
- Experience growing a regional or tech Instagram page.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
