Role

We're hiring a Social Media Executive (1-2 years' experience) to build and manage brand presence on community-driven platforms like Reddit and X (Twitter), along with other channels, at our Gurugram office.

What You'll Do

- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with each brand's voice
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers
- Monitor trends and engagement, and track performance with weekly or monthly reports
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages
- Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations

What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably at a marketing or digital agency
- Strong writing and creative skills
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
- Positive understanding of trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
- Willing to work on-site in Gurugram
