Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Aadyanta Labs Pvt. Ltd. The role includes managing our social media presence, creating and executing strategies, engaging with our audience to enhance brand awareness, and planning digital campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive lead generation from ideation to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Management: Develop and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with the target audience
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Lead Generation: Drive quality leads through organic and paid social media campaigns
- PPC Campaign Management: Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for better conversions
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions
- Community Management: Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the companys tone, voice, and guidelines
- Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors,



and industry insights to optimize strategy
- Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Required Qualification and Skills:

- 25 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Well-versed with managing social media platforms (like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM), lead generation, and PPC campaigns.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

Preferred skills:

- Basic knowledge of SEO and overall digital marketing concepts
- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and content ideas
- Ability to adapt quickly in a quick-paced environment
