Bharat Times is looking for a creative, responsible, and tech-savvy Social Media Executive & AI Content Creator to manage our social media platforms, create engaging news content, and grow our digital presence.

The candidate must have excellent Hindi and English typing skills, a good understanding of social media platforms, and practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Type and publish news content in both Hindi and English.
- Create news headlines, captions, descriptions, posts, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Canva AI for content creation and productivity.
- Create engaging graphics, thumbnails, and social media creatives.
- Monitor trending topics, breaking news, and viral content.
- Schedule posts and maintain a daily content calendar.
- Coordinate with reporters, video editors, and the editorial team.
- Monitor social media analytics, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Verify news facts and sources before publishing.




- Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO techniques to improve content reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Excellent Hindi and English typing skills.
- Ability to write and type news content accurately in both languages.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and digital content.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with a news portal, newspaper, or digital media company.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
- Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, thumbnails, and digital news publishing.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English SEO keywords.
