We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and results-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow Gadgetshieldz’s presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, identifying emerging trends, driving audience engagement, and turning social media attention into brand awareness and sales.

From Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts to creator collaborations and product-focused campaigns, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with customers online. We are looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage with content, follow a brand, and ultimately make a purchase.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Growth: Develop content strategies and calendars to increase brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and sales.

2. Content Planning & Trends: Identify relevant trends and create fresh, engaging content around products, launches, campaigns, and emerging technology.

3. Short-Form Video & Creative Direction: Plan Reels, YouTube Shorts, scripts, concepts, hooks, and creative briefs while coordinating with in-house design, photography, and video editing teams.

4. Community & Influencer Management: Engage with audiences, build online communities, and coordinate influencer collaborations, creator campaigns, and user-generated content (UGC).

Campaigns & Social Commerce: Execute promotional campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales.

6. Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, monitor competitors and platform trends, and optimize content strategies using data-driven insights.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Proven experience in social media management or content marketing; D2C, ecommerce, technology, or lifestyle experience is a plus.

· Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, platform growth, and emerging social media trends.

· Creative mindset with skills in content ideation, short-form videos, storytelling, hooks, captions, and scripts.

· Knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC, social media campaigns, and organic audience growth.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Interest in smartphones, gaming, gadgets and technology in general will be plus.
