We're hiring a Social Media & Content Strategist at Shownex

Remote / Hybrid (Delhi NCR preferred)

2-3 years of copywriting/content strategy experience

Shownex is a movie discovery app built for US audiences. It pulls 200+ streaming platforms into one feed, so people spend less time searching and more time watching.

We need someone who loves movies as much as we do and can write about them in a way people actually want to read. You'll help decide what goes on our social channels, write it, and keep looking for better ways to do it.

What you'll be doing

- Planning and writing content for our social accounts
- Writing hooks, captions, scripts and stories that sound like a person, not a brand
- Coming up with new ideas and formats, and testing what works
- Keeping up with what's happening in Hollywood and turning it into content fast
- Working closely with our Marketing Lead on whatever comes up, from quick campaigns to recent experiments





Who we're looking for

- You have 1–2 years of copywriting experience and write clean, natural English
- You're a Hollywood movie buff. You know what's releasing, what's trending and what people are arguing about online
- You're great at research and enjoy digging into a topic before you write about it
- You use AI tools comfortably and know how to make them useful
- You're genuinely enthusiastic and bring energy to the work
- Canva skills are a bonus
