Role Description:

The Social Media Content Creator (Intern) will support the brand’s digital presence by planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting engaging captions, scheduling posts, assisting with shoots and behind-the-scenes content, and adapting product stories into short-form videos, reels, and static posts. The role involves basic community management, such as responding to comments and messages, tracking performance metrics, and sharing insights with the marketing and design teams.

The intern will collaborate closely with brand, design,



and e-commerce teams to ensure visual and tonal consistency in all content. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, basic storytelling, and adapting brand narratives for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual communication, such as basic photography or videography, familiarity with mobile editing apps or simple design tools (e.g., Canva), and an eye for aesthetics aligned with fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, including post scheduling, community engagement (comments and DMs), and the ability to track and interpret basic performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess skills in research and trend awareness, including monitoring fashion, sustainability, and social media trends relevant to modern professional wardrobes.
- Candidates should ideally have strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Candidates pursuing or having recently completed studies in fashion, design, communications, marketing, or related fields will be preferred, and interest in sustainable fashion and women’s workwear is an advantage.
