ABBS is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Content Creator to join our team and strengthen our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage ABBS-School of Management's social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Video Production: Shoot videos on campus, including student testimonials, faculty interviews, alumni stories, campus activities and promotional content.
- Reels & Short-Form Content: Conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
- Campus Coverage: Capture academic activities, student achievements, events, festivals, workshops and institutional milestones.
- Content Creation: Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions and content formats aligned with the ABBS brand.
- Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos, add subtitles, incorporate music and graphics, and deliver platform-ready content.
- Content Calendar: Plan and execute a consistent social media posting schedule.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify relevant social media trends, formats, audio and content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Community Engagement:



Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, and coordinate responses as needed.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, reach, engagement and follower growth, and recommend improvements.

Skills ans Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media Production or a related field.
- Solid interest in social media, video creation and digital storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with shooting videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with students, faculty and management.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced campus environment.
- A portfolio of reels, videos, or social media content is an advantage.
