About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and AI-savvy social media & Content Associate to take ownership of Heliware’s social media presence across multiple platforms.

This is not a “just post what I tell you” Role.

We are looking for someone who can think, create, experiment and execute—someone who can spot an interesting idea, trend, format or conversation and think:

How can we make this work for Heliware?” You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team to transform Heliware’s technology, products, projects, people and ideas into content that is simple, relevant, visually engaging and shareable.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management
- Manage Heliware’s presence across 7–

10 social media platforms.
- Adapt content based on the audience,

tone and format of each platform.
- Plan, maintain and execute the social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, engagement, trends and relevant industry conversations.
- Schedule, publish and optimize content across platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice,

messaging and visual identity.
- Track content performance and identify what is working and what needs
- improvement.

2. Content Creation
- Develop creative concepts for Reels,

carousels, static posts, stories, short-

form videos and text-based posts.

- Write compelling hooks, captions,

scripts and CTAs.
- Convert complex GIS, technology and business concepts into simple and engaging content.
- Repurpose a single idea or piece of content into multiple platform-specific formats.
- Collaborate with the Founder’s Office and internal teams to convert ideas into publish-ready content.
- Develop content around Heliware’s products, projects, technology,

achievements, people and industry developments.
- AI-Powered Content Creation





AI should be one of your biggest advantages in this role.

You should be comfortable experimenting with tools such as:

- ChatGPT / Gemini
- Canva AI
- AI image and video generation tools
- CapCut and other short-form video editing tools
- AI-powered research, writing and productivity tools

We expect you to constantly ask:

“Can AI help me do this better, faster or more creatively?”

You do not need to know every AI tool. However, you should be curious, experimental and capable of learning new tools quickly.

- Trends & Creative Research
- Monitor Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms for emerging trends.
- Proactively bring new content ideas to the team rather than waiting for instructions.
- Identify relevant memes, formats,

hooks, storytelling styles and content opportunities.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches.
- Track competitors and relevant technology, GIS and B2B companies.
- Research industry conversations and emerging topics that can be converted into content.5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track key social media metrics including reach, impressions,

engagement, views, followers and other relevant KPIs.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming content.
- Analyze audience response and content trends.
- Experiment with different hooks,

formats, topics and posting approaches.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve content performance.
- Prepare basic performance updates and recommendations for the Founder’s

Office.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good written communication and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple social media platforms.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other major platforms.




- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Comfortable using Canva and short-

form video editing tools.
- Strong interest in AI tools, technology and emerging trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong ownership and execution skills.
- Proactive attitude—you should bring ideas, not just wait for instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Good to Have

- Prior experience managing a brand's social media.
- Understanding of B2B, technology or SaaS content.
- Knowledge or interest in GIS, mapping, geospatial technology, AI or emerging technologies.
- Experience with LinkedIn personal branding.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience creating Reels, carousels, campaigns or short-form videos.
- A portfolio of social media work, designs, videos, campaigns or content projects.Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Thinks like a creator, not just an executor.
- Is naturally curious about social media, technology and AI.
- Can turn a complex technical concept into content that anyone can understand.
- Spots trends and thinks about how they can be adapted for the Heliware brand.
- Is comfortable experimenting, testing and learning from results.
- Can take an idea from concept → creation → publishing → analysis.
- Takes ownership and does not need to be constantly instructed on what to do next.
