About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Associate to help manage our clients’ social media presence. The role involves content planning, copywriting, publishing, community management, and performance tracking across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Write captions, post copy, reel scripts, and story content suited to each brand’s voice.
- Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to deliver content on time.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant content opportunities.
- Suggest ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns based on client objectives.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond according to brand guidelines, and escalate queries when needed.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports with practical recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients for inputs, approvals, and feedback.
- Support content shoots and maintain organised content and approval records.

Skills and Requirements





- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
- Ability to write clear, engaging copy for different brands and audiences.
- Positive organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work with a creative team.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience or an internship in social media or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and short-form video creation.
- Experience handling brand accounts or creating content for businesses.
