Role Description

This is a full-time, at location role of Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves strategising the entire marketing plan in order to increase online sales. This includes strategy, content creation and editing, managing social media platforms, performance marketing, influencer marketing, website backend management, analysis and reports of all platforms and working closely with the founder regarding new designs and launches.

Key Responsibilites:

1. Digital strategy - Create the annual and quarterly online marketing plan, mapped to product launches, seasons and sales targets.
2. Drive revenue - Set explicit KPIs - traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return on ad spend. - and be accountable for hitting them.
3. Content strategy and creation - Plan the monthly content calender, art-direct and edit photo/video content - flat lays, lookbooks, reels, stories, etc that reflects our aesthetic and converts.
4. Campaigns and launches - Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across social, paid ads, email/SMS, and influencer partnerships, from awareness to targetting.
5.



Community management - Monitor comments and DM's, respond in brand and grow an engaged, loyal audience.
6. Analytics & reporting - Track performance in [GA4 / Shopify / etc.], report on what's driving sales, and use data to decide what to scale, cut, or test.
7. Market & trend insight - Monitor the competitive landscape and customer behavior to spot opportunities ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

1. 4+ years in digital marketing or growth for a fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand, with a proven record of driving sales.
2. Strong grasp of the full digital funnel and hands-on experience with paid social, email marketing, and analytics.
3. A sharp eye for aesthetics and current trends, plus strong writing skills and a consistent brand voice.
4. Comfort with numbers: you can read a P&L;, build a simple forecast, and justify spend with data.
5. Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). And basic graphic designing skills (Canva etc)
6. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and tools like GA4, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Ads.
7. Strategic thinking plus the ability to execute — you can write the plan and roll up your sleeves to run it.
8. Excellent communication and the confidence to present strategy and results to leadership.

Bonus Points

· Experience scaling a brand through paid acquisition.

· Knowledge of influencer and affiliate marketing ROI.

· Basic understanding of SEO and lifecycle marketing.
