Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction and ALC panel installation activities. The candidate will ensure proper execution of site work, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate manpower and materials, and support timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and ALC panel installation activities.
- Monitor labour productivity and coordinate installation teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Maintain quality standards, safety procedures,



and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and material suppliers.
- Identify in office issues and implement timely solutions.
- Track work progress and maintain daily site reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
