Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of civil construction, site execution, manpower management, quality control, and safety procedures to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and construction details.
- Allocate work to contractors, subcontractors, and site workers as per project requirements.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, material consumption, and work records.




- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and housekeeping standards.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Monitor contractor work and report delays, quality issues, and material requirements to management.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Eligibility Criteria
- ITI in Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction site supervision.
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Experience in handling labour, contractors, and day-to-day site activities.
- Good knowledge of construction quality, safety practices, and site documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site as required.
