SITE SUPERVISOR Band: ₹ 15,000–20,000/month Experience: 1–4 years Reports to: PMC / Senior Civil Engineer Role The studio’s eyes on site every day: manpower, material, housekeeping, safety and work-front readiness, with photo documentation that feeds the daily report.

Key Responsibilities – Open and close the site daily; record manpower per trade and material movement. – Ensure work-fronts are ready — material, drawings and decisions in place before gangs arrive. – Enforce housekeeping, safety basics and protection of finished work. – Photo-document progress at fixed points daily; escalate deviations same-day on the project group. – Follow checklists issued by PMC/engineers (curing, ponding, fixing schedules) and confirm completion.

Requirements – ITI/Diploma or experienced hand from fit-out/construction sites; 1–4 years. – Smartphone reporting fluency (WhatsApp, photos, easy formats); basic drawing reading; local to Jaipur preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
