Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.

- Ensure materials, machinery, and manpower are available as required.

- Monitor workmanship and coordinate quality inspections.

- Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.

- Maintain daily progress reports, labour records, material consumption records, and site documentation.

- Identify site-level issues and report delays, risks, and resource requirements to management.

- Assist in controlling wastage, rework, and unnecessary expenditure.

- Strong site coordination and team management abilities.

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

- Positive communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
