Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, supervise workers, monitor work progress, and ensure that all work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily site activities and manage manpower effectively.
2. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project managers.
4. Monitor material requirements, stock, and material utilization at the site.
5. Ensure quality of work and timely completion of assigned tasks.
6. Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and attendance.
7. Follow safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE at the site.
8. Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
9.



Check measurements and report completed work to management.
10. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, and measurements.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
