Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily interior project activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor work progress, and ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Ability to understand interior drawings and take accurate site measurements and maintain M-book.
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with carpenters, painters, contractors, and other site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, measurements, and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials, furniture installation, woodwork, finishing, and other interior works.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance records, and material usage details.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site when required.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and clients regarding site requirements.
- Identify site issues and report delays, material shortages, and technical concerns to management.




- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials.
- Verify completed work against approved designs and rectify defects when necessary.
- Support project handover and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bacholer degree in Engineering / Diploma, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, painting, and interior finishing.
- Valuable communication, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
