- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.

- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.

- Check the quality of work and ensure proper execution.

- Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.

- Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.

- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.

- Ensure safety rules and site procedures are followed.

- Coordinate with the project manager/engineer regarding progress and requirements.
