Position: Site Supervisor

Department: Project Execution

Reports To: Site Executive / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site execution and manpower.

Ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers.

Check workmanship, measurements, levels and finishing quality.

Monitor material usage, storage and wastage.

Maintain site cleanliness and basic safety.

Report daily progress, manpower, material requirements and site issues.

Complete assigned work within the planned timeline.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma/Civil/Interior qualification preferred.

3–7 years of interior/construction site experience.

Valuable knowledge of site execution and materials.

Strong manpower handling and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
