Udhyam Constructions is hiring a Site Supervisor - Civil Works in Kochi, Kerala. This is a full-time, in-person role offering INR 20,000–50,000 per month. We have 5 openings in total across this civil site recruitment campaign.

We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience who can take responsibility for day-to-day site supervision. A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience are also eligible for this supervisor role. Interior project experience is desirable.

Your work will centre on keeping daily site activities organised and aligned with work drawings and specifications. You will coordinate labour, vendors, subcontractors and engineers, follow up on materials, and help control material waste. You will also monitor timelines, work quality and finishing, while maintaining site safety and discipline.

The role includes supporting quantities and measurements for billing,



maintaining daily site reports and assisting with project handover. You will help develop and implement site policies and procedures and handle assigned site responsibilities independently. Travel to project sites is required.

Candidates should bring proven site management experience with reputed contractors, clear communication and robust coordination skills. You should be comfortable keeping the people involved informed about daily progress and the site activities requiring coordination.

This position suits someone who can connect daily supervision with consistent reporting, careful material use and attention to finishing. The aim is to keep site operations coordinated through execution and handover, with responsibility for the practical details of daily work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
